I like that work is available and that office staff are pleasant most times.

I like them because they take care of their clients as well as their care givers. They try their best to satsfy both sides. Sometimes one go an extra mile go to the field to meet a clients need if no care giver is available.

I like the owner and staff, they are always nice and polite and cheery. I like going to my job, clocking in and working, and then clocking out, and not being bothered by staff. Higher pay an hour would be nice.

I love that an employee is able to talk to management with any problems or issues with a client.

I like working for Senior Helpers of Lehigh Valley the company is very much committed to both their clients and their Caregivers. They try to make sure their clients get the care they are supposed to be given and are satisfied with the the services they get.
At the same time , they try to make sure caregiver's complains are considered and met if genuine. They equip their Caregivers with enough knoledge by offering refresher courses to make sure their knowledge runs with current world and not get outdated.
