The importance of taking notes on clients during shifts as one on one care is stressed which allows familiarity for client-CGs relationships. The online training modules are well thought out. Flexible part time schedules and a fair starting hourly pay. The ability to take on other care shifts when they arise.

They keep up with updates on clients and update our plans frequently. Keep caregivers informed.
