I like that I have to go to places I don't like, the training, friendly atmosphere at the office. I can take the classes at the office. I like that I can work the hours I need to work.

The caregiver/client compatibility is always taken into consideration before we are placed in a home.After this, if a caregiver is still finding the pairing won't be best for either parties, we are removed from the clients care. I feel this is extremely important for all parties involved, especially our clients.Also, on the occasions when I can't go to a scheduled shift, I am never made to feel guilty about it. That is very important to me also.
