I have worked for Senior Helpers for about 18 months. I transferred to this office 11/21 and haven't been happier. They use a team approach and value my option for problems that come up. I know it's hard to find caregiver sometimes to cover some of the shift, and i know there are other agencies that have raised their rate since prices for everything like gas, groceries, rent and etc has been raised. I think, a litttle raise will get us more workers
