I like how they try to accommodate the employee with hours that they can work ...and when they can't work those hours, they try everything they can do to find replacements and make better accommodations for them....to meet their needs.

The list is long but will mention afew a scheduler who is on point responds to your questions or concerns immediately, friendly and warm clients and not forgetting a reminder of one's next shift ( my favorite)
