They was very through on the hiring process, didn't have to wait long to get clients. Senior helpers workers are very polite and respectful. Always there to help. Seemed to love the clients.

I love my job. I love being able to help people. Senior Helpers is a company designed to help elderly patients, and patients with mental disabilities ie: Dementia. It is such a worthy company with a focus on giving dignified, respectful, compassionate, companionship care to people that are in need of it.
The company cares about who they hire, how they treat their employees and most importantly that the clients are treated with the very best possible care. The ladies in the office Nia and Amber are fantastic. They handle a very difficult job keeping tract of every case and making sure they are all covered. They handle their job with tact. They treat the clients with dignity and try to get each person the best possible care. They care that the client and the employee can work with each other. The initial training was very good. If there was anything else that I could see could benefit the company would be one more training session that talks more about the compassion needed in this job. A good reminder to the employees that these people deserve our respect even when they act like a child because their mind is blocking them from acting like they normally would. They are scared, their anxiety levels and depression from the situation isn't fair to them.
I wish I had found Senior Helpers when I was caring for my parents.

I can make my own schedule and work around my kids and husband and my other job. The clients are so nice.

A great place to work, you get to pick the clients that you work with, if you feel it's not a good fit they doesn't try to force you to stay with that client they prefer you to be with someone you're comfortable with oh, you can pick your own days and hours.

I have the best 2 bosses that I've ever had. Nia and Amber are awesome! They make me love my job! And all of my clients are very sweet!

Senior Helpers tries to match up clients with the correct caregivers. They do a thorough client survey of clients needs in doing a care plan. Most of the year they stay busy and give us as many hours as we want. Flexible in time off also.
