Noone bothers me. I am allowed to do my job at ease.. If I have an issue, it's dealt with in a timely manner. No complaints here.
What I like about senior helpers is that they don't have rigorous rules & testing procedures. For ex. One home healthcare agency I worked for in the Tampa bay area required me to buy liability insurance that cost $50.00/year. Also, they required us to take nursing assistant courses on such websites as RN.org. Another home healthcare agency did not like the CNA uniform I was wearing even though it was comfortable. Not presuring healthcare workers with wearing masks, goggles & gowns makes for a comfortable workplace.
