That it is family owned and very flexible with adapting to the senior's needs.

Flexibility no pressure most of time to take on shifts that r not convenient for me or whatever situation may be.

Ido feel their wages should be increased. I've been there going in three years and have gotten one twenty five cent raise in that time.
Also I used to work a lot longer shifts and never got any overtime. Idont have bad feelings but would love to have been or be compensated for same. I don't have bad feelings. Just could sure still use it myself.

Flexible hours

The staff is wonderful not only do they show compassion for our clients they understand that caregivers are subject to feelings to.
