Everything the way we all come together as one to help every patient with day to day customer service

I like the fact that before you're being assigned to any client, you are being asked a day before that. There is an open shift if you would like to take it or being asked hours before the shift is even Being assigned to you.
The other thing i like is the certificate and the pin or crest that is being presented to you. After going through your classes which saves us your proof.
The other best part is the gas card that also helps if you do not have money to get gas, even though it's always not given for free.But it helps in every way.

I love doing the work senior helpers does. I look at it as 90 % companionship for the clients and 10% busy work. The importance of this kind of work for seniors who need it is so important for the longevity of the clients independent life.
