What do I like about Senior Helpers? They keep me informed about my clients. They communicate with me about new clients and about my existing clients. If there is any new behaviors or if they’re in the hospital, they keep me informed about what’s going on. My bosses have a great sense of humor, easy to talk to about any family matters and if there’s any challenges with my clients, I can discuss anything with them. There’s no problem with communication or if I need help with a client teamwork is not a problem.

I like that every caregiver has the opportunity to work at their availability. I also like how friendly and hard working Jennifer and Sunny are always trying to maintain everything together for everyone

I enjoy working with Sunny and Jennifer, who are both always available to clarify policy, procedures, and specific actions to take when caring for a client. I appreciate the company's focus on both the client and the employee's experience. The training is very helpful. I am grateful for the opportunity to create a personal relationship with the client and their family. I believe this allows me to provide a next level of care.

I like that the manager is very responsive and respectful. The work hours are very flexible and works in with my schedule. Also, I like how the staff treats the employees with a lot of care and encouragement!

I love the communication between the staff and being an employee. I love spending time with my client and really getting to know him. I love the flexibility when I need for time off and I love it when I take on extra shifts when they are available to the employee and how wonderful the staff reaches out to me.
