My boss is communicate quite well with me and are very flexible with upcoming appointments.
I travel 50 miles a day to my clients homes and sometimes I get stuck in traffic and they are very considerate of when accidents happen and they call my clients to make sure and tell them that I am running late.
My supervisors check in with me periodically to see how my clients are doing.
