Positive energy, great exercise routines and coaches.
Staff is polite, the facility is always clean, child watch is offered twice a day. Also, there are a plethora of classes offered for a wide range is hobbies and fitness needs and goals!
Not excessively busy. Plenty of equipment, except hand weights at busy times. Very helpful and friendly staff.
A lot of activities for the kids and family!
The Pickleball Open Play. Monday,Wed,Friday is good for open play for the courts. In the evening. Maybe you can make 3 courts for tuesday evening open play to attract more players.

I like the numerous heavy weights available. I also like the ambience of the "Y".
More comfortable atmosphere for me than at the gym. As an older adult I like that their are people my age and the classes for older people. Day care is nice.

I love the facility. It’s always clean and smells fresh. They play great music. And I love my trainer.
While I am not a attendee of classes, the variety and number of classes available is impressive. Tue staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole atmosphere if very positive.
The members are also very friendly and helpful and I have made numerous new friends in the years I have been a member.

I like the variety of exercise options available and it's a great place for children as well.
My only issue is that the racquetball courts are in great need of repair. While I understand the courts may not be a cash draw for the Y, they do deteriorate quickly and will cost more to repair in the future. Perhaps you are thinking of removing them??? Still, Racquetball and Handball are great and fun exercise and they are also a very social option. People who play get together several times each week and in essence share their lives together during those times and sometimes get together after playing.
Otherwise, I enjoy the Y completely and look forward to many more years of doing so.

I like the clean facility. I like the people environment that nobody is judging. The child care is awesome!!!
Pickleball and Zumba. However, Zumba Gold seems to have lost sight of its purpose, and moves at a much faster pace.

I love the Boerne Y. The instructors are excellent and the staff is very friendly and greets you coming and going. I feel very welcome and comfortable at the Boerne Y. In addition, I really enjoy the broad selection of classes offered at no additional cost. I am enjoying the new equipment upstairs very much. It does get a bit warm up there, so maybe in the future, either better fans or a more efficient cooling system might be thought about. I love the treadmills with the fans! There is just no comparison between the Boerne Y and a place like Planet Fitness. The Boerne Y is committed to faith based values, families and community. Maybe someday the goal of getting a pool will be realized, but until then, I am enjoying everything the Boerne Y has to offer, which is so many good things!
