I have not had to use except for my pendant.
So I have not had any use yet.
Appreciate the companionship for my husband allowing me to focus on household tasks without interruption or having an opportunity to step out for a while. Our helper also willingly does a few minor chores. The service has been quite beneficial.
The helpers are very caring and helpful with my physical condition, since I cannot walk. They help out getting things that are out of reach for me. They put away all of the groceries that I send for online. They do my laundry each day, without being asked to do it, by just checking the hamper and doing a loud with whatever is in there. I do need to stress that every Helper is definitely trained personally on the use of the Hoyer Lift, not just being shown avideo on how it is to be used but actually how to attach the sling to the equipment and how to lower their client into their bed or chair.
Friendly, professional service. Caregivers are willing to do all that I need.

Comprehensive intake, Friendly, I feel very comfortable leaving my husband with dementia in the care of their caregivers. Natasha was great to work with. Caregivers Saul and Chuck are great and my husband is very comfortable with them. Thank you Senior Helpers for providing much needed services
I have not had to use the call button as of now so I don’t know.
My only contact is with emergency botton and the employees who have clients or set up information stations. They are all very pleasant and helpful.

The women were all very kind to Mom and one or two went out of their way to sit and talk with her as well as doing their “services” (giving meds, making bed, doing laundry, making breakfast, etc.). Prompt. Also when calls needed to be made to office the follow through was quick.
My senior helper is a dream. She helps me in any way she can.
Both women were fine!!
