The helpers are all very friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They work with me to craft a program that works for me during this transition time in my life following unexpected heart attack. The helpers all have suggestions to help me get what I need, but not more than I need. I certainly hope the bill goes through the same autopayment system used by The Roosevelt. The Senior Helpers have been great help when I need to get in and out of my compression equipment twice a week, which is helping me to work on relieving the swelling in my legs and chest caused by lymphatic pressure pressure in my body. Right now I am in Elmhurst Hospital since last Friday morning afalling the morning and breaking 4 fibs on my right side which also caused a pneomothorax when they caused my right lung to deflaightl. Great service. My caregiver is a caring person
Everyone is friendly and most helpful as they are assisting me to manage my specialized therapy appointments. They help me to get the equipment on and then come back an hour later to help get the jacket off of me, which I cannot do on my own. Several weeks ago I had to go for a Doctor’s appointment, for which I needed a ride and they had arranged for the young lady to drive me to the office and wait until the visit was completed and then bring me back home again. It B saved me having to arrange for 2 cab rides. The billing for their services is charged on my credit card and so pay it by autopayment. Thank you for this service! First name removed Lieder
