Great service. My caregiver is a caring person
Everyone is friendly and most helpful as they are assisting me to manage my specialized therapy appointments. They help me to get the equipment on and then come back an hour later to help get the jacket off of me, which I cannot do on my own. Several weeks ago I had to go for a Doctor’s appointment, for which I needed a ride and they had arranged for the young lady to drive me to the office and wait until the visit was completed and then bring me back home again. It B saved me having to arrange for 2 cab rides. The billing for their services is charged on my credit card and so pay it by autopayment. Thank you for this service! First name removed Lieder

Monica is a great helper. I can count on her. Fauzia has also been great to work with. It’s all about the people.
They come when they are needed and never complain
The driver will take me to appointments and to run errands. The helper will help me with laundry and bringing laundry up and down the stairs. The helper will cook meals and do simple cleaning tasks. The helper will help me to find things on the Internet.

Overall service is good. I just wish they were more enthusiastic about cleaning the house. We happened to have the washer and dryer pulled out (due to ongoing plumbing work), and the helper refused to clean the space behind the machines.
They have been most helpful to me in helping me get into special compression equipment that is meant to help take the place of other therapy measures that I couldn’t do when I was having foot surgery . All of the staff that have been working with me during the time have always been on time to provide their assistance to me. I even had help going to a doctor’s appointment that was out of the coverage that Lexington provides for its residents which was a great help to me so that I could keep my Doctor’s appointment.

I am thankful that I can text the office and ask for help the following week, thankful that the office contacted me to let me know the persons name who would be coming, thankful that the person arrived on time, thankful that they were helpful with chores.
I like that I can text the week before I need a helper and one will be assigned to me on the day and time that I request.
