The aide is very helpful snd if we have to cancel a visit they offer an additional aide.
First off, Pam, our caregiver, is phenomenal ... we could not ask for a more caring and competent helper in our home.
Also, the staff is wonderful ... very responsive and cheerful in addressing any "out of the ordinary" scheduling requests or others topics/issues if/when they occur.
The staff is conscientious in trying to fill shifts when the regular care giver has to cancel.
I think Senior Helpers is more organized now than in the past. The staff is always very friendly when I call and they try to accommodate new needs.
