Since August, Mom has had two Senior Helpers - both Cassandra & Amanda have been kinda, attentive and a tremendous asset to my Mothets life.
Alexia & Justice have readily called with adjustments in their schedule - answering service is a bit annoying [having to repeat the spelling of my name repeatedly and verify info again and again... Sr Helpers can do better with just a vm msg service]
My girl does good work, dependable, you call when she isn’t coming.
Our Helper, DeLisa is very personable and cheerful. She does all we ask her to do and more and always helps our mother feel happy and well cared-for.
Most of the aides were great and whenever I had any issues, they were handled quickly.

We were lucky enough to have Kathy who helped take care of my mom at least twice a week for a couple hours and she was phenomenal. If schedules had to be changed Senior Helpers worked with me. It was a life-saving service that I needed at the time of my mother illness, I have recommended you to other people
