We had an issue with Buyer requesting the wire late and Sandra was calm about it and moved services around to be closer to the Buyers work location for the reschedule.

From the initial connection with the client through the title search and to the table you all did amazing job with our client. Ruth Trainor is a pleasure to have at the table and she knows how to talk with clients and engages them to make sure they are happy.
Always cool under pressure and makes everyone (clients and agents) feel comfortable even when things unexpectedly come up. We had a delay in lenders funds hitting our account but Ruth Traino, as always kept the table calm.
Trident is always my go to for title services. They are fantastic to work with every time! My last transaction Sandra was able to accommodate my clients by going to them at their workplace for closing, which took so much stress off of my buyers as they were limited with how much time they were able to take off from work.
