Omg my experience was awesome!! I’m still sore. My instructor was probably the best instructor I’ve ever had at any other previous fitness studios. She knew how to engage the studio, motivate them to keep going, and provided the levels of adjustments for everything. It was great and your studio was so clean. I didn’t like the towels at all though.

What I like most about CorePower are the people, especially at the Brentwood, TN location. Every instructor has provided me the comfort to meet my goals and listen to my body. The ladies are empowering, just as before, as they are after the end of each yoga session; I love that you guys have a shower available and that I can attend at two different locations.
Grace was kind enough to check me in using her phone To ensure I had my parking pass permitted as I left my phone in the car.
I love CorePower! I do wish there were some more mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and restorative classes. Love the candlelight classes, wish there was more of those. Also I wish CP offered cold towels after class, most other yoga studios do that.
