I did purchase hard photos that arrived in the mail very bent. I reached out via the website but sadly no one ever followed up with me. :( so i had to call the office and spoke to a very nice young lady who said she would have them re-ordered and would call me when they came in so i could pick them in so we wouldn't risk them getting bent in the mail again.
