I like the option of getting a digital download and a few wallets. I also like the notification when new photos are posted. However, when i got the Easter notification, I bought it, but went back later to download and noticed their was a class photo. I never got the notification and at that point, it was going to charge for shipping. Not sure what happened there.

The photographer was so patient with my 3 year old son during basketball photos, and made sure to get the best poses. The staff in the office was also very helpful. I ordered and paid for my son’s photos and forgot to choose a background. When I emailed to ask how I could add the background, the staff returned my email quickly letting me know the photos had already shipped. However, they offered to remedy the photos as long as I brought in the photos I already paid for. I went to the office and handed in the photos and received the replacements in a weeks time at no additional cost.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the positive experience I had with TSS Photography from start to finish. I will recommend TSS Photography to anyone.
