Convenient, Fast, and Friendly. The instructions you receive via email, and on the website are easy to follow. This was my 3rd time using Park N Fly. The drivers are great, and do a lot more than just pick you up. They're caring and considerate demeanor makes such a big impact, especially for someone like me, who is not a world traveler. Airports, arrangements, hotels are all a bit stressful for me. Having anyone show consideration, a smile, and some simple directions makes all the difference when on the road. Quick and friendly service; On-Time pick ups and drop-offs; friendly and efficient, and safe shuttle drivers. Parking lots are safe and attendants are super. In the over 10 years I've been using this service, (including when it was "Park, Ride, Fly" company) I've never had a problem or an issue.

Your app is fantastic. So much better than the olden days in not knowing when a shuttle bus would show up at the airport. Being able to reserve a parking spot in advance. MSP has had to step up their game because of competition from you.
The bus drivers seem to be in a better mood. Maybe the stress of the pandemic has gone down or better training, but they've been noticeably nicer.

Can just drive into the building and park the car. A shuttle was there to take us to the airport.
When we arrived back it knew I was back at the airport. I called and a shuttle was right outside the door to pick us up. Once back at the garage our car was right there ready to go. We didn't have to worry about payment because it was already completed.

No matter how early in the morning we need to park our car, there is always someone there to help out and a mini-van to promptly take us to the airport. Pick up from the airport is also very easy and timely. Employees are also very friendly and nice and van is clean.
