Location, location, location!
Very easy, very convenient HOWEVER the pickup could be better.
Given the location, a lot of customers prefer Park N Fly over other competitors, this means that there are a LOT of people waiting to be picked up. The shuttle can't fit everyone so you have to keep waiting. Wish they sent multiple shuttles together more quickly. Competitor shuttles seem to come by more often.

Fast, friendly and very courteous service. The drivers always make sure I know how to get into the lot and where there are open spots so I don’t have to search for one. On the return, they make sure I know how to get out of the lot, which lane I should use to get out and always wish me safe travels. They help with my luggage and make sure my vehicle is open before they leave.
