It worked out perfectly this whole trip. Upon arrival at the facility we got right onto the shuttle and were off to MIA. Upon arrival at the curb after our return flight we only waited a couple of minutes until the shuttle picked us up. Our vehicle was there at the curb, waiting for us. It was perfect. We had a friend with us who had never used this service and she was very impressed.

Very easy to get to. You don’t have to go the highway if you don’t want to. Close to the airport. So much better than trying to find a secure parking space and lugging your luggage.
Easy check in, shuttle meets almost immediately at your car vs. shuttle pick-up spot, shuttle airport pick-up is always quick and checkout is quick and easy. Also like the lot is paved so car is not as dirty when I return.

Generally easy in and out, never have trouble finding a place to park. Shuttle drivers are always awesome and quick! The only thing I would suggest is making sure that when you scan in your account QR code it automatically pulls up any active reservations. So that you don't have to go through and hunt the reservation QR code specifically. Will save time for the "out" process.
