Your staff is excellent.
They are considerate, honest, and professional.
I had a problem where I lost a bag with all of my identification at the airport, but thought I left it on the shuttle.
I called Park ‘N Fly, they came to pick me up, brought me back to the facility and went through everything with me.
Then they brought me back to the airport where I spoke with security and luckily my bag was found at the airport and given to lost and found.

I have used Park DIA quite a bit. Service is usually pretty good. This trip returning to the lot was dissappointing. The driver never got out of his seat at the airport. Usually they help you with bags. Did not ask where I was parked or for the parking location card they give you. He drove very fast...especially when we got to the the parking lot. He drove VERY fast up and down the rows. It was totally unsafe. If someone had stepped out from behind a car the driver would never have been able to stop. As he approached my row he didn't ask what car I was driving. Usually they do. As I got out of the shuttle, again no effort to help with my bag. Didn't smile and was not very friendly. His name was Henok. At least I saved the tip money. I still gave a 10 for referral to a friend because of my previous positive experiences with Park DIA

The woman working inside the booth was exceptional. Pleasant, helpful, even offered us water.

Usually very organized and helpful. Easy to access and good prices.

This trip however the driver when I picked up was not giving cards to people with their spots. It sure is helpful to have a card to hand driver upon return.

Everything except the scanning of codes - I'm just a 20th century guy in a 21st century world!
