My last several experiences with P n F have been great - ** Courteous employees upon entry and exit, ** Reasonably prompt shuttle services with polite drivers, ** Texted / emailed QR codes in advance facilitate easy check-in/ check-out, * Reasonable pricing, and ** A seemingly pretty efficient operation. I got a free day (which is nice every once in a while) with my member points and hope you keep this program in place.

Quick service and friendly staff

Parking in the lot is very quick and efficient. I am immediately picked up by the shuttle. And when I arrive back into Oakland I send a text and Park n Fly is there very quickly and takes me directly to my car so even if I get in at midnight I feel safe.

Affordability long-term parking. Convenient and reliable shuttles with friendly and helpful service. I’ve never had any issues with my car being damaged and I always save a lot of money by using ParkDIA. Plus sometimes I even get coupons!

I always use park DIA ( Park n ride) when I travel. Easy check in and out with app. Drivers always polite, friendly, and helpful. Great they pick you up and drop you off at your car. Never a long wait when returning. I have recommended them to many people

Easy in and out, but I did find this time hard to find a parking spot, suggest when its getting full a spotter car we can follow to a spot.

It is obvious that you are understaffed. I hve observed the staff you have handle the customer grumbles fairly well and with respect.
It is a bit of a wait at the airport and obviously too many people for the one bus that is sent. May need to be on top of that better and I understand if you do not have enough staff.
The woman who on the night I came back on the 25th was outstanding!!!
