Easy to park, van is quick to get me to the terminal, rarely wait long upon my return, easy pay and go. I used a reservation for the first time on my most recent and it made the process even easier

With a reservation, you will always be able to park. However the caliber of the shuttle driver varies. Some are helpful and others are not. One day the driver barely helped a lady with her suitcase that she was struggling to get up the stairs into the van. And when we got to the airport, he didn’t even get out of his seat as she struggled to get the suitcase off the rack and down the steps. Even though I am another female, I almost asked if I could help her.
I wasn’t worried about myself as I had only a carry on suitcase.

Professional staff who take pride in their work which is providing a valuable service to travelers. On this visit I left my phone in my car and realized it when we were near the exit gate. I got out of the van to go to my car because I didn’t want to make other passengers late for their flight. It was obvious to me that the driver radioed another driver who quickly picked me up so that I also was on time for my flight. They are always friendly. And I always feel safe if I leave my Car there when I am out woman traveling alone. In this instance I came there at 4:40 AM
