Friendly staff

Prompt pick up at park and fly as well as at airport. Ticket provided on parking location for return, expediting drop off and getting on your way home. Enjoyed prepayment experience.

Very efficient and friendly staff. They will direct you where to park at the parking lot and they will pick you up at your parking spot. The shuttle bus is already there when I came back from my flight and dropped me off directly to my car.

Such good service

The app is super easy to use. Then you just scan your reservation barcode going in and out of the lot. There's always a shuttle close by to pick you up, and they drop you right at your car. Closest lot to airport, which is really convenient!

Friendly and competent!

Staff are very customer focused. When we drove in, could hear the person working at the entrance tell the driver to watch for us. we were directed to our row and shortly after the driver picked us up. The driver was courteous and friendly. When we returned, the driver was also courteous and friendly. When we check out, the woman kindly offered us water. I thought that was a very nice thing to do.
I used Park N Fly many years ago. before the pandemic I was using lyft/uber. with their prices increasing and the great service at Park N Fly, I may start parking there as I travel more.

Thank you for always providing great customer service! I have never had a bad experience at both the Oakland and SF locatons

Service and time was excellent

Having los of eyes all around, I feel safe and am settled BEFORE arriving at Hartsfield. Shuttles are clean, drivers are polite and attentive.

Clarinzo was my driver when leaving and he was terrific! He was right at my car, reminded me to lock the doors, loaded my bag and was congenial with others who were arriving. In all the trips on PnF, Clarinzo was the first one to clearly explain the little details that make all the difference to anxious travers as we leave our vehicles: Info on the little blue card, where to find the shuttle after luggage is retrieved, and reviewed the number on the card to request pickup. He deserves lots of kudos!

Helpful, shuttle arrived almost immediately. Got to the airport quickly. When we got back, the shuttle came within 5 minutes. Drivers in both cases were helpful and professional.

I’ve been parking at PNF for many years and they have never let me down. The prices are very reasonable, the pick ups, both ways, are prompt and the drivers are always personable and kind. Thank you for continued great service!!
