I have used this service for 20 years. As a woman traveling alone, they take my suitcase out of the back of my car and upon return, put it into my car. The women working the booths are friendly and helpful. It is an easy location off I55 when going to Midway airport. Great service and highly recommended!

The website was friendly which allowed me to make a quick reservation. On-site the staff was very friendly at 3:45 am and I appreciated how the young lady was standing outside to help. Our drivers both ways was friendly and very helpful with bags and driving safely.
Price was better than the parking spot and I liked that the shuttle was waiting for me when i got outside the terminal.
