What do you like about our services?

EVERYONE WAS GREAT, BUT THE MAN WHO PICKED US UP FROM THE AIRPORT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US. WE HAD A DISABLED FAMILY MEMBER AND WE HAD GONE TO THE WRONG PICK UP LOCATION. HIS KINDNESS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AFTER A LONG DAY AT THE AIRPORT. THANK YOU!!!

What do you like about our services?

ParkDIA / Park-n-Fly is very well run and safe. It is very easy to make a reservation in the app. Parking is quick, with clear information about where to park and shuttle buses immediately available nearby. Pick up at the airport has always been within a reasonable timeframe, even late at night when I’ve phoned for a shuttle. Last time we parked, our battery was dead when we returned. Within 10 minutes we were in our way with the help of a shuttle driver and the front office who provided a jump box.
