Quick and convenient

Timely

Easy pick up and drop off! Friendly driver’s.

The last time I used Park N Fly was January, 2022. This time, in November, 2022, it felt like a smoother process. The bus arrived much more quickly than in January. When arriving at the facility, there were some changes to the way cars entered, which seemed to improve the flow over January. I was pleasantly surprised at how truly organized it felt on this trip. Also, I enjoy having my car warming up when I arrive from being picked up at the airport.

Convenience. Closeness to airport. 24/7 service

The transport bus was there at the pick up area and brought us right to are auto. great service.

Prompt shuttle. On the way back, driver called in my car and it was waiting for me by the time we were dropped off.

It was very easy. The bus driver was nice and the lady at the gate was very nice and helpful. I was panicked because I had lost the email with the we code to leave and she looked it up without any hassle and even offered my friend and I a water for the drive. All of this done with a smile and no attitude which is rare lately. Thank you very much her kindness made my day! (Wish I would have got her name)

I think it’s so easy you pull into the gate park your car and the shuttle is waiting for you doesn’t get no better than that

Prompt delivery to the airport

Quick ride to airport. Pick up and drop off at vehicle self park.

Everything seemed to go smoothly. Only one change I would make is to eliminate the paper receipt you need to hold onto in order to get your car back. This should be done electronically.

Convenient location and easy booking

Affordable, fast to the airport and fast pickups

Valet parking

Easy and friendly

This was the first time I used this service. The gentlemen who work there are very polite and helpful. They handled my luggage for on and off the bus. As I was traveling alone this was really nice and helpful. They were ready and waiting when I arrived home as well. Very convenient service!

I use the app it makes the process quick. Shuttles were prompt on both ends

I love the courteous service from the drivers to the parking attendant.

Love the pick up and drop off right at the car and the option for covered parking is great when traveling in the MN winter.

Easy process

Easy and flawless drop off and pick up.

Easy to schedule, good location, prompt and courteous drivers

Easy to schedule parking reservations online. The only issue I've had both times I've gone here are trying to get the barcode to scan off of my phone. The readers do not work very well.

Very good and easy

Quick and friendly service.

Easy, fast and friendly..

Once I understood that texting my arrival was the best method to contact it was easy and convenient. Wasn't aware of that piece of info right away.

I absolutely love park n' fly! Nothing is better than skipping crazy Uber prices.
