Customer Testimonials
It is convenient and shuttles are very prompt going to airport or returning. However, to exit with a reservation is very confusing. My confirmation instructions say to do it one way but the monitor another. After trying to exit for 1o minutes, without someone in the booth to help, we had to go find someone to help us and 2 more customers!
I like that the valet service is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The only disappointment I experienced this time around is that my car was not started with the heat going. I understand that it was a deterrent so that I would pay for the additional week I was away due to unexpected illness, but as a loyal customer, it would have been nice to have had the service of a warmed car. Next time...
