I noticed speedy services - we did not have long waiting periods in between pickups, and we were dropped off at our designated terminals each time we used Park 'N Fly for our travels. Always park there but a little disappointed because this time ever, I didn’t know the name had change and your still running with there name. Also took a long time for anyone to pick us up in the parking lot. My son had to google your number to let you know. The drivers before also always got out of their seat and helped with luggage. Our driver didn’t. Thank goodness my son was with us.

The service was very easy to use. The shuttle bus at my car right after I arrived. The shuttle was at the airport when we arrived from our return flight, so there was no waiting around which was greatly appreciated.

Even during the turnover to the new owner, the same convenience of making a reservation, arrival, delivery to OAK and pick up from OAK has continued. It's a continuing pleasure to deal with Park-N-Fly since the 1970's to the present. Keep up the good work and service to the public.
