I like that you drop off at your car and at the terminal. One suggestion I do have is to come up with a system when we call to be picked up at the airport we are given something to let us know who calls first. Last trip was a disaster. People were butting in line saying they called first etc. or because they had kids they should be first. some of us had to wait for a couple different buses to come. When it is cold it matters because if you weren't standing outside you didnt get a ride.

Service from the parking lot to the airport was good, driver was helpful and loaded out baggage however our return from the airport was not, we arrived at the Park ‘n Fly Plus location where the bus was parked but no driver we stood for approximately 10/15 minutes before the driver who was smoking about 10 feet from us acknowledged that we were waiting to board, she then board but did not offer any assistance with our baggage, that return journey was very disappointing

I would like to commend one of your employees....a driver by the name of Tim who helped me to get my car out of the 9" of snow that we received last Wednesday night. My car is a 2000 Honda Insight with about 4.5" - 5.0" of clearance. All that I had to dig out was a 9" Tupperware container, which would have taken considerable time.

Tim first tried to push me out, which proved futile with the snow and clearance. On the second try, we kicked tracks into the snow and with his efforts pushing the car, it broke clear and I was able to make it home from there.

I appreciate Tim's effort and will be back again next week!

My experience was great. I was met at my car immediately and brought to the airport. I arrived at 3:30am and was picked up quickly even though I went to the wrong door. Would highly recommend.
