This time the bus was very prompt in coming to the airport (it hasn't always been so). The driver both ways was very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, the bus driver asked me to follow him so he could find me a parking spot.
Then, our our return trip from the airport I left my stocking cap on the bus when we were dropped off and the driver came running across a snow covered lot to return it to me.

Very easy to reserve a spot via the online portal. Reasonable pricing and easy access to the airport via the shuttle. I had a little trouble at the gate getting my QR code to register but one of the assistants was very helpful in getting it to work. Overall, I'm very happy with Park & Fly and will definitely be using your services again on future trips.

Very speedy pick-up, both when we dropped the car at your lot and when we returned to the airport. Very friendly and helpful drivers.

Greeted at the gate by a friendly staff member. Pick up was a little long considering it was a very cold morning. Drivers were friendly and courteous to and from the Airport.

It was flawless: had a shuttle following at entrance for immediate transportation to airport and on return, the pickup shuttle arrived within minutes from requesting it.
