convnience

Good and prompt service. Extra kudos for invoicing resolution.

Great service!!

Safe, secure location. Shuttle on time. Driver friendly and helpful with baggage. Excellent service at Oakland location, unlike Park n Fly in Sfo. SFO IS TERRIBLE!

The area is secure, your service is prompt.
Prices are a bit high.

It was convenient for my party of 6.

It was a quick process departing and then arriving. Staff were great. After we left to go home, we thought we left a wallet in the van. The supervisor on duty on our return on Feb 6 around 2:30pm was very helpful and went to look for the wallet for us. Turns out we had it in a suitcase by mistake but he made the effort and followed up with me. Great service!

I forgot to ask if my CPSA code that i use for a 25% discount in the Canadian Park n Fly is good to be used here as well. Could I have used it?

I tried your Self Park for the first time last week. I was leaving mid-morning and returning before dark so I thought I would give it a try. Once I parked my car it wasn't long before the shuttle driver picked me up and got me to the airport. On my return, I made my call and was driven back to my car. There was a savings on this trip of almost $20 vs Valet Parking. That was nice.Depending on my future trips, I'm glad I have a choice between Valet & Self Park.

Shuttle is always waiting for me.

Prompt service

Competitive rate, speedy shuttle both times we’ve parked at this location, handy to have the app experience

It's always quick and easy with great service.

Easy to use

Fast and easy! From online reservation to shuttle to leaving, it's always super efficient. Nice employees too!

From the start of the process liked the app, the site itself was large and presented to be secure. The staff present provided excellent customer service.

I can always get a reservation. I plan ahead though. The shuttle is there to pick you up very quickly both at my car and at the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. What else could I want!!!!

Prompt pick up for trip to airport and the return trip.

close to the airport. quick and friendly service. ease of pickup and dropoff

Easy to reserve online. QR code easy to scan. Good discounts for online booking.

Prompt, handy and friendly

THE DRIVER WHO PICKED ME UP WAS BRILLIANT,
HE RECOGNIZED THAT I WAS OLD AND TIRED AND REALLY TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME.

YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE THAT GUY

Friendly staff and pickup/drop off right at my car.

We love using Park n Fly. The shuttle is at the car immediately after parking, the driver loads the bags and off we go! So easy and economical. Return trip is the same. The convenience is worth every penny. Best of all you don’t have to ask anyone to take you to the airport or pick you up. Saves friendships, no one likes going to the airport especially if they aren’t traveling somewhere.

Prompt

We self parked and the shuttle driver brought us to our car and loaded our luggage into our car
Amazing service !

Great experience here. The shuttle driver picked us up and dropped us off right at our car. No waiting at all. Easy in and out. Will definitely use this parking again!
