I accidentally left my vehicle unlocked for 5 days and nothing was missing or messed with while on your lot. Kudos to y’all for providing excellent protection! I have been and will continue to be a return customer. But your driver Mike A could stand to be a little more helpful in helping a lady get her suitcase on and off the shuttle. He never attempted to get out of his seat. First time I have ever had that experience with ANY shuttle service.

Bus drivers were great. Wasn’t to impressed with the gauntlet you have to go through to get to the bus from the airport to the parking lot.

Really great customer service. Picked me up at my parking spot. No wait. Great price. Pickup on backend was good too. Dropped me off at car. Greatest offsite parking experience ever.

Fast check-in and transfer to airport, courteous staff, car ready and warning when I return.

BUT I do wish you’d text my number to me automatically so I can easily text you when I get back without digging out my claim check.The folks you bought out in Hartford did that and it was really convenient.

Very friendly and help personnel, starting with the greeting the gate.

When we returned from our trip it was raining and our driver not only took our two suitcases out of the bus but also waited to load them into the back of our car for us.

Cheaper than parking at the airport. The driver was nice, a little too excited for my taste but maybe I was just in a bad mood.
