Customer Testimonials
Very easy, reasonable, staff always friendly and kind
It was fast, convenient and safe. We encountered employees when we parked, when we exited and at checkout. Each one went way above expectations in friendliness and helpfulness! The exit route at Park and Fly Plus is not well marked, and a young man came over to help us get our big pickup truck out. This is the second time we have used Park and Fly Plus and we plan to use it again. It’s also affordable. The shuttles to and from the airport are easily accessible - no wait either time. Thank you!
It was very covenient place to park a car.
The Shuttle locator and "come get me" feature of the app are a nice improvement from the old days of having to call the dispatcher.
Easy online bookings, frequent user benefits, reliable and kind staff.

I had a hard time waiting in the first place, I lasted 1 waiting, there I arrived, I called 2 times, they told me that it was in the second place to pick up... in the text they must include that formation.
Very convenient and always have shuttles ready.

Friendly staff, the driver was right there as soon as we parked to pick us up,
Once we landed back at the airport it was very easy to text and be picked up to take us back to our car.
The buses are very clean and comfortable.
Easy to make reservations, shuttle pickup was quick both to and from the airport. This was our 2nd time and we plan to keep using your services!
Pick up and delivery people were friendly and helpful. I liked having my car in a safe place.
Your service is great, but this last time you sent me a text telling where the bus would be. Apparently, that changed and I went on a wild goose chase. I should have been sent an email that stated the shuttles were back in the usual place. There was no signage or person to alert people to the change back to normal.
