A greeter was there when we arrived to help us park and had the shuttle bus come to us as soon as we parked for a quick trip to the airport. Upon return, shuttle bus was waiting for another quick trip back to our car. Literal door to door service. Upon checking out, the cashier had small waters for us that were a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Best service I have ever received at a parking location.

No waiting. A van is always ready to go at either end.

Parking location and transportation to the airport was great. However, I did run into a problem returning. I didn't know that the pick up location had changed to the top level of the North Terminal and me and my family carried our luggage al the way down to the lower level to later find that we had to go up again. I couldn't find an email or notification that the pick up location had changed. One other thing I'd like to request is to reinstate transportation to/from the international terminal. Having to take the connector bus to the domestic terminal was a bit of a hassle (having to wait and then deal with all the luggage in and out the bus to then running around trying to find the correct pick up spot). Other than that, I liked the parking and will probably use it again.

The shuttle service was spot on. Very efficient and everyone was very courteous. The additional services however was very disappointing This was the second attempt to get my truck detailed and it was not done. No explanation no contact as to why it was not done. I have had it done there in the past. Very disappointing and am thinking of looking at other shuttles companies.
