Excellent service, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Valet is a good value. Dropped car off at entrance and was up front and ready to go upon return. Shuttle to and from the airport was quick, with little to no wait time. The drivers assisted with luggage. The Driver, Richard A. and the Cashier, Kelly M. went above and beyond to make my return smooth and efficient. Complimentary water bottles are a nice touch. Thanks for a great experience!

I have been with PNF Plus for almost 20 years and their loyalty program is excellent. The discount for Platinum is 15% off. It is easy to make the reservations online through email.

We park the bus picks us up at the car loads our suitcases and off we go to the airport (even at 3am) then when we return they pick us up at the airport load our luggage and off to our car unloads suitcases and we go home. Best thing ever.

Park 'N Fly Minneapolis was so convenient and easy to use! They picked us up at our car and dropped us off at the airport, and then they dropped us back off at our car when we returned. It was great to not have to walk through the cold and snow after a long day of travel! They also texted us the code to scan the day before, so we didn't have to search through our email to find it. I would highly recommend Park N' Fly to anyone who needs to leave their car in Minneapolis while traveling.
