Very nice staff. Very convenient pick up and drop off process. Since our last stay they now send you a text with the wording you need to respond when you are ready to be picked up from the airport, I really like this feature!

Very easy to make a reservation. Transportation to and from the airport is convenient and a good price. Very helpful staff both at parking and on the shuttle.
It's very convenient, and all of the staff are so friendly. The valet option is always easy to use, and in either valet or self park my car stays in good shape while I'm away and it's easy to pick it up and be on my way without any extra hurdles.

Convenient and a good value
The indoor area is first class! Most off airport parking areas barely have any welcome space. Next, the drivers of the transfer vans are able to make decisions on the fly that help the most customers. Sure, it may momentarily inconvenience some. Example: A couple on our outbound van were very tardy and would miss their flight. Our driver put them on a separate van. That left us Valet parkers to have to pick up self park people. Someone complained, as this was not normal. Instead of engaging, the driver was overly apologetic. Well done!
I like the prices for the covered sites. Service is always quick for pickup and the drivers are very nice about helping load and unload the luggage.
