April 30, I flew in from Florida at 1:30 in the morning. The shuttle driver was so kind and courteous! The attendant was also so helpful and kind! Wonderful thoughtful employees! I’ll definitely use your service again!

When we parked our car, a shuttle came immediately to pick us up. When we arrived at the airport on our return trip, we had to wait for a shuttle. It took a while to come. It would have been even nicer if it had arrived a bit quicker. This was at 1:00 am in the morning at SFO.

All shuttle drivers are approachable, friendly and helpful. And the wait for a shuttle is always short- in the parking lot or at the airport.

The fact that buses come pick you up at your car once you park
Convenient and efficient. On time
I’ve parked at park n Fly plus since moving to ATL in 1993. I’ve never used another parking facility. Convenience is the main reason. I like that I can park in a covered spot and drivers show up immediately to pick me up. When it’s pouring rain, I can valet when I arrive. I like that there is always a bus waiting for me when I return or the wait to usually short.
It was so easy and very reasonable, and everybody was super friendly and helpful!

Very easy to do and they are fast to pick you up
The prepay option, van pickup service at car and gate, prompt shuttles to/from the gate and the easy EZXit at the end.
Everything went smoothly from drop off to being picked up upon return a week later. The updates via text were excellent.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cost and convenience and service
It was very easy and bus right there to take us to the airport and our flight was late but they were there as we walked out and driver very helpful with golf travel bags and luggage.
