May 14, 2023: We had an excellent, courtesy bus driver, Richard Abbott. He took our bags and put them on his bus and when we arrived at Park 'N Fly he carried our bags off his bus. He said he thoroughly enjoys working for Park "N Fly.
On May 7, 2023: We had a very nicely lady driver, I don't remember her name, but we were her very first bus load. We were very pleased with her confidence and driving.
We felt confident in leaving our car in your care. Your staff was quick, caring and informative.

From drop off to pick up everything was smooth.
We reserved ahead of time and were greeting professionally upon arrival. The check process was easy and hassle free. Our shuttle was waiting for us and dropped us off at the closest terminal.
When we got off the shuttle our driver was very clear in his directions for pick up when we returned.
There was no issues when we arrived back. We waited where the driver directed us and used the app to request a pick up.
Our car was ready and parked at the exit when we arrived back.
All staff including check-in, shuttle drivers and the cashier were professional and approachable.
10/10 for Park and Fly SF.

Fast drop off and pickup. The whole experience was easy and smooth.
Incredibly easy
Ease of making reservation on the app, scanning the code at the gate for entry, and being able to message on the app when arrived at the airport to be picked up. Services on the bus are good - help with bags, alerts from the driver on where to meet etc on return, etc. This time around, I noted that the seats on the bus were new so I am pleased that PNF is making investment in the safety and comfort of the transportation; the buses were getting quite old and worn.

Transportation is always fast to and from the airport. Service is always fantastic and I've never had a bad experience all the years I've used Park N Fly.
