These folks took such good care of me!! It's been a while since I traveled and I hadn't been to Park N Fly in ages. But they treated me like a long lost friend - once I made my online reservation they were so kind and supportive. I will NEVER park anywhere else!!

1st time in a very long time the van was at Terminal 1 waiting when I got home.
The service used to be at this level and I’m glad it’s back.
I don’t remember if I shared my return flight or if that was at my destination… but anyway, THANKS 🙌

There is a gated lot. Workers are there daily and throughout the night. They are friendly and helpful.
That includes the Shuttle drivers. Upon arrival they show you where to park your car. The driver handles your luggage from your car onto the bus. They do the same on airport departure and arrival. They truly earn and are due a good tip.

The shuttle service was very efficient coming and going! The staff was very friendly and directed me where to park so I didn’t have to drive around. I also feel my car is safe in the lot. I use this company in Oakland, Midway, and Hartford.
