We are senior citizens and arrived after midnight, exhausted after 34 hours traveling. The driver could not have been more friendly, considerate and helpful. He even helped my husband put the two suitcases in the back of our car. We consider that above and beyond but were so very grateful for the additional assistance that morning.

it was easy to book. I know our car is in a safe location while we are away and waiting for us when we return. The shuttle bus is sometimes taking a bit too long collecting other passengers not ready to be picked up. Waiting in 10 minutes for a guy emptying out all his luggage is disrespectful to other customers and created unnecessary stress.

I gave this a 10 if all the driver were cloned to be like our driver that brought us back to park and fly from the airport. I wish I knew his name. It was a 5:30 in the morning on April 3. He had something nice to say to everyone that got on or off. He did not drive to fast that you got dizzy, but he was very efficient and considerate.
