Everything went smoothly like it always does.

Great to have the option for covered parking. David was there with the bus and ready to take us to the airport right after we parked in our spot. Omar picked us up at the airport to take us back to our car with only a couple of minutes wait for the van. David and Omar were very polite and courteous.
It was very convenient to be dropped off by our vehicle especially since we had several pieces of luggage.

Friendly service attendants and drivers.

Had a great drop off and pickup this trip. Basically had the shuttle to myself in both directions. Driver arrived shortly after I arrived curbside which was a great improvement over my last experience of a 15 minute wait. Driver also put my bag in the trunk for me which was above and beyond and GREATLY appreciated at 2AM. Only suggestion is for SFO to improve the lighting at the Harvey Milk terminal. Extremely dark and does not feel safe.

I've always had a good experience parking here. Shuttles are always available whether early in the morning or late night.

Your staff is friendly, efficient and respectful. The shuttles are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the timeliness of the shuttles at the parking lot and airport pick up location. I believe the service had improved considerably over the last couple of years. I also value your reward program and have benefitted with free parking passes, due to our frequent use of your service.
