I was given a slip of paper with my parking area on it. I was texted the day before both my arrival and departure with instructions. The vans were prompt. I took advantage of the free car wash. I also received a free bottle of water. Thank you for making the experience easy!

We use Park DIA every time we fly and have always had good experiences. We prefer covered and do t worry about our vehicle being damaged . The drivers are pretty good at getting us to and from the airport and we rarely have to wait more than about 5 minutes for a shuttle either direction.

On my most recent trip, I will mention Theo, my driver (back from the airport). I wish I could recall the name of the man who drove me to the airport. He picked me up on a rainy morning, and let me know that I didn't have to stand outside under my umbrella so someone could see me to pick me up. I didn't know there was a person who noted my position and gave that information to the shuttle driver. I've never had a driver who was not friendly and courteous.
The girls at the window also are always kind. This time, Keke checked me out. Shout out to her!
