I wasn't real happy that I paid for covered parking and ended up having to park on the roof. I get your doing repair work on a few floors but I shouldn't need to pay extra for covered parking when I could have park outside for cheaper.

Valet parking is fast and convenient. The staff is friendly and it costs less than parking at the airport. I love that I return home to a car that is warm and cleaned off in the winter.

Convenient because I never know what gate I will returning into! I do not like parking at the airport and searching for my car. At one point the drivers for pickup were rather slow but the last few times I have flown they have been fairly quick. Also, the drivers for drop-off lately have been so friendly and help us get our trip started off great with a smile!
