The promptness, location, and customer care from the drivers are all plus with the major plus being that I can leave my car while away on vacation and it's in one piece when I return.

QUESTION?? Is the property under video surveillance at all?? This would indeed increase my confidence, and perhaps other as well.

Quick, easy in and out of facility. Staff is always friendly and professional. Reserving online is easy and quick.

Service is timely. It is getting harder to book space 7-8 days before a trip. Facility in my view should accommodate its frequent parkers once the person logs-in. A separate comment related to the App. There should be a feature to request shuttle ride once passenger arrives and needs ride back to the parking lot. If the feature exists, it does not show on my App. I gave the most updated App.

Most passengers are aware that the need to pickup their luggage before requesting a ride. If needed, this reminder can be built into the APP as well.

Prompt transfer to airport.

BUT picking up from North Terminal is getting worse.
In the past there was a sign which stated where the " PickUp" is.
Please have some understanding with ATL authorities that there should be designated pick up points for busses.
Customers just rush...to bus, unsafe...
This is better for your bus drivers as well.

This was my 1st time using your service and I was very pleased. The lot is well marked for those arriving and a shuttle was only seconds away from my parking space. All the employees were very friendly and courteous. When I arrived back at the airport a shuttle was right there. The plus of drivers assisting with luggage was great!
A special shout out to Pat who assisted me when leaving. As a first time user, I wasn't correctly scanning my code and she patiently helped me.
The only snafu was when I was leaving, I followed a sign indicating an exit, but the gate at that location didn't open. There was a gentleman at the correct exit location signaling me to come that way. Suggestion - check the Exit signage as if you were a new customer and don't know where you're going.
Park 'N Fly Plus Atlanta was a very good experience. I will definitely recommend you and use you the next time I fly.

I do wish there were better directions on where to meet on the return. I got very confused, and we arrived later, so no help in the airport. When we finally connected with our driver, she gave a great explanation.

We always use Parknfly because they are close, expedient, friendly and have a free car wash when you leave.
