I think we can all agree that getting in or out of SFO or maybe any airport can be an "experience". Do we hire a taxi, Uber, or have someone drop us off? All of those options are available. I suggested to my wife to use Park N Fly but the cost is high compared to others but the others park your car at available space at a local hotel - how safe and convenient is that?

Taken all together, we decided to try Park N Fly. I have to say it was a very positive experience. To drop off our car, the Park N Fly is a little out of the way but we found it. Drop off was easy and we boarded the shuttle. Traffic was backed up but the shuttle driver knows all the shortcuts and avoided much of the backup. We arrived at our gate on time.

I received text message instructions about arriving to pick up our car, which I followed. The shuttle arrived and we were dropped off at the Park N Fly facility. Our car was ready and we were on our way. Bonus - the on-ramp to Hwy 101 south is RIGHT THERE!

Now just think, if we had to drive our car, or some one drive us, through all the airport traffic, we would be sitting longer and maybe panicking about making our flight. Using Park N Fly, we did not have to bother with airport traffic as much and did not inconvenience a friend to drop us off or pay for a taxi or other. We did not have to take the airport flyway (or whatever they call it) to get to a rental location. I have taken the flyway before and it can take 20 minutes to get to the parking structure then you go find your own car.

We will definitely use Park N Fly on our next vacation trip.

Fast, very convenient. Driver was very friendly and helpful. The yard crew wasnt very good. They completely ignored me when i was picking up my vehicle. I stood in front of him with my ticket extended and he ignored me. The shuttle driver saw this and said, dont worry, just give me your ticket, and he pointed to the lineup of cars where he said my car should be. Then he helped me carry all of my luggage over to my car. That was 5 star service, it made up for the other guy who didnt seem interested in helping me at all.

Great service & no issues getting to my vehicle

Drivers are friendly and we’ve always been picked up and dropped off in a timely manner.
For the most part it’s easy to book and navigate in and out and we prepaid online on our last trip and luckily our driver told us to scan the ticket to get out first and then the barcode on the phone showing we had prepaid or we might have had trouble getting out.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Bus availability was very convenient and much better than past remote parking services I've used. As a first time user everything was convenient and simple for me to have a good experience.
