Most of the people work hard to please and help make things better. Getting me back to good health is the important thing .
Well, so far I’ve needed transportation to two different medical doctors. The representative or the CNA I believe was prompt. Both were very polite and pleasant and came into the office with me and I appreciated their friendliness and we had no difficulty finding the offices. When I called to request medical transportation, there was no problem and they were able to fulfill my request.

Very easy to reach someone if there are any issues and a good attitude toward getting issues resolved.
I think Faith is great at her job. She places people where they are needed and she gets this information during the primary visit. Clients can also request caregivers by sex or maturity or whatever characteristic you are looking for.
They are extremely understanding and work with the needs of my mother. I can’t even count how many time my mom says, “I don’t know what we’re paying for these gals, but they’re worth every penny.” They make all the difference in my mom’s day.

Emily is such a godsend! She is wonderful with our mom, helps her keep the house tidy, visits with her and just overall keeps her overall engaged. We couldn't do it without her!
Easy to access. The helpers I have dealt with have been pleasant and efficient. The hourly rates are probably in line with most services. I especially appreciate the young man who make sure my husband is safe while he is showering.
