Excellent service.
Excellent customer services, professional nursing care and outstanding caregivers. Small challenges with caregiver scheduling, however, that comes with a growing small business. Perhaps there's a need for enhanced VA social work communication. This is essential when a patient is in need of more caregiver hours. Clear justification for such hours must be communicated effectively. More importantly, safety issues identified must require immediate action in order for these issues become a liability.
First and foremost, I'm very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the Aides assigned to us.
Secondly, the interpersonal dealings between myself and the 2 owners, Michael Gelman and Rich Sklar always wind up on a positive note. They both are easy to work with.

Amber was a great help to my wife for the 7 weeks that she was here. Many of my wife's physical anxiety symptoms disappeared.
I like that I have never, not once, had to worry about my mom's caregiver showing up for her job. I have never, not once, had to worry about my mom's caregiver being kind, compassionate, and responsible with my mom. I have never, not once, been concerned about trusting my mom's caregiver.
The 2 aides I've had so far have been excellent. They help me do tasks in the apartment and take me to run errands, all with a good attitude. My present aide, Mathe, is very dependable.
I cannot comment on other employees since the one we have has been here for years. But dealing with the office employees has been limited too. But when I do have contact with the office everyone has been very helpful and understanding. Especially the ones who works figuring out the monthly schedule. I used to be a manager for a health care agency so I understand the problems that can occur. Trying to figure out the exact hours allowed and what the customer needs can be hair raising. And regards to my care giver she is here on time and ready to do what needs to be done. We are very thank-ful for her.

Great communication at every level from the very beginning...Everyone! We appreciate the Family Room portal and how consistent the caregiver is in her documentation. On the rare occasion that the caregiver's schedule has changed you were quick to let us know, and today you were able to schedule a substitute (the other time it was a start-time change so no need for a sub). Friendly and efficient at every level. We are extremely happy with Dad's caregiver in all she does and in her professionalism, kindness, and way with Dad (and his daughters), and we liked the sub today too. You have made all of our lives better. Thank you.
